The delivery fee is a low flat fee that helps cover the basic costs of conducting your delivery. For a majority of Honolulu residents and workers who reside within our ten standard Honolulu zip codes, delivery is $8.99 flat. For residents, workers, and service members of Tripler Army Medical Center, AMR, and Ft. Shafter, your delivery fee is $10.99 and includes a $1 out-of-zone surchage, plus a vehicle gate-check fee of $1. Please note: Delivery to any Airport area hotel is $9.99. You may find our delivery fee structure on the left-hand side of the homepage, underneath our Business Hours.
Your delivery fee is NOT a driver gratuity. Exactly like a waiter in a restaurant, your Mobile waiter works for gratuities. Industry standard for good service is 15-20% (any order above $100 has a $15 automatic gratuity). While tipping is not required for orders under $100 in food value, we encourage all customers to consider the the efforts of your Delivery Driver. Aloha 2 GO is a restaurant marketing company and when placing an order through Aloha 2 GO you are hiring the services of a self-employed mobile waiter who use their own vehicle, fuel and technology to delivery your order.

Aloha 2 GO makes delivery available from over 40 restaurants in the Metro Honolulu area to the following ten major zip codes: 96813, 96814, 96815, 96816, 96817, 96819, 96821, 96822, 96825, and 96826. Delivery to any of these zones is a flat $8.99 delivery fee.
In addition to the above zones, we also delivery to Tripler Army Medical Center, AMR, and Fr. Shafter for a flat $10.99 delivery fee. Delivery to any airport-area hotel is $9.99 Flat.
For deliveries out of our zone, we try to accommodate as many requests as possible. However, orders within our zone are given priority. We do make out-of-zone exceptions for catering or large orders (10 people or more), with a minimum 24-48 hour notice depending on the size of the order. Yes. Each restaurant you order from has a flat delivery fee associated with it, regardless of the zone you are ordering from. So if you live or stay in Waikiki, ordering from one restaurant would be $8.99, two restaurants would be $17.98, etc. Customers are allowed to order from as many restaurants as they like.
We accept all major credit cards and cash. We accept checks from Businesses ONLY. No personal checks accepted.

We do not raise prices. In some cases, restaurants charge fees to all customers for takeout containers, etc. In these instances, Aloha 2 Go customers are charged the identical fees as the general public.
Not only is it allowed, we encourage it! Scheduling orders early gives the best opportunity to have your food delivered on time, as we are more capable to account for traffic, road closures, etc. There is no limit to how far in advanced customers can place orders.
You must order a minimum of $15 in food (before tax and delivery fee) to be eligible for delivery. If ordering from multiple restaurants, each order must be above $15 in food/items.
The self-employed delivery professionals use state-of-the-art customized delivery bags to transport food and maintain quality standards. All bags are made with anti-microbial materials, ensuring the highest health standards. NOTE: The self-employed delivery professionals (AKA your drivers) do not handle any food. We check all items but individual requests (i.e. extra tomatoes, no salt, etc.) are ultimately left to the restaurant.
Plates, cups, and utensils are provided for a nominal fee.
Because of liability, we cannot coordinate delivery from non-partnered vendors. This includes but is not limited to making stops for special requests, errands, cigarettes, alcohol and other restaurants not listed on our services or website.
Due to the nature of our business, once your order is placed and cooking of the food has begun, we cannot cancel orders under any circumstances. Mahalo for your understanding.

To ensure that your meal arrives hot and fresh, Aloha 2 GO synchronizes the restaurant preparation time with the time your self-employed delivery professional arrives at the restaurant.
The delivery fee is not a tip. Your drivers work very hard to ensure your satisfaction and a timely delivery. All mobile waiters are self-employed and use their own equipment, automobiles, and fuel to complete each delivery. Exactly like a waitress/waiter in the restaurant, your mobile waiter depends on gratuities. We recommend a minimum 15% gratuity for excellent service.
